Through the help of generous OU Sports Ad Alumni and others, we have developed scholarship opportunities for current students and young alumni. See the list below for active scholarships.
1) Walter O’Malley Scholarship Fund
- This scholarship will provide awards to students who meet all the following criteria:
- Be full-time graduate students enrolled in or accepted for admission to the University.
- Be enrolled in or accepted for admission to the Master of Business Administration/Master of Sports Administration (MBA/MSA) Dual Degree Program or the Master of Sports Administration Program
- Preference will be given to students pursuing careers in the baseball industry.
2) Wolfert Family Sports Administration Scholarship
- This account will provide awards to students who meet all of the following criteria:
- Be graduate students enrolled in or accepted for admission to the University
- Be enrolled in or accepted for admission to the Master of Business Administration/Master of Sports Administration (MBA/MSA) Dual Degree Program or the Master of Sports Administration Program.
3) The Jeffrey F. Lenihan, BSJ ’83, MSA ’84 Scholarship
- This account will provide scholarships to full-time graduates enrolled or accepted for admission to the Master of Bus. Admin./Master of Sports Admin Program (MBA/MSA) Dual Degree Program.
4) Charles and Shirley Higgins Sports Administration Scholarship
- The Charles R. Higgins Sports Administration Scholarship will provide awards to students who meet all of the following criteria: Recipients must:
- Be a full-time graduate student enrolled in or accepted for admission to the University.
- Be enrolled in the Master of Business Administration/Master of Sports Administration Program (MBA/MSA) Dual Degree Program or the Master of Sports Administration Program.
5) Jim and Katie Kahler Sports Administration Scholarship
- The Jim and Katie Kahler Sports Administration Scholarship will award a full-time graduate student enrolled in or accepted for admission to the University who is also enrolled in or accepted for admission to the Master of Business Administration/Master of Sports Administration (MBA/MSA) Dual Degree Program or the Master of Sports Administration Program.
6) Andrew and Barbara Kreutzer Sports Administration Scholarship
- This account will provide awards to students who meet all of the following criteria:
- Be a full-time graduate student enrolled in or accepted for admission to the University.
- Be enrolled in or accepted for admission to the Master of Business Administration/Master of Sports Administration Program (MBA/MSA) Dual Degree Program or the Master of Sports Administration Program.
- Preference will be given to a student with a demonstrated financial need.
